Thanks to the central release, this double stroller can be folded with one hand into a compact size, making it ideal for any boot. Some mention that it is light, durable and easy to fold, while others say that it's difficult to fold and does not fold small. Although the Roadster Duo is sold as suitable from birth, I wouldn’t have wanted to put my twins in it as newborns. When you combine the hauck Roadster Duo SL with our soft carry cots, you can alreadyuse it from birth. The Nipper 360 sounds like it might fit your needs although I was'nt too keen myself because of the sloping seats but this has been fixed out I think.

Heavy to push, and that coming from someone who used an Emmaljunga twin with no swivel wheels whilst pregnant. The individually and multiple-adjustableback rests, foot rests and canopies provide best comfort for your children. On my single pushchair I have always hooked my baby bag onto the handles but you can’t with this double buggy as it is too wide.

Although the children sit next to each other, the Roadster Duo SLX, with a width of 76 cm, is so narrow that it fits through all standard doors or into lifts of public facilities. The first collapse was somewhat strained as it wouldn’t fold completely flat but once we became more aware how to do it, it became more straight forward. It works well for both a girl and boy (goes with their different colour blankets) So far I can’t seem to see any dirt on it so it must hide it well – and we have been to places like farms with it! The frame feels robust and well made, but the rest of the materials and construction are flimsy and lesser quality.

The Roadster Duo only comes in one colourway – black and beige – but this would suit girls and boys and is quite tasteful. This twin buggy would be good for grandparents or as a second buggy, so long as you don’t need to often fold it away, lift it into a car or take it on public transport. You can identify the older Roadster Duo SL versions by the all-terrain wheels with air-filled tires, that made the strollers heavier. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. The Hauck Roadster Duo is easy to push on even surfaces and the front wheels (which are solid plastic, so no punctures) can be fixed or swivel.
