Whatever the symptoms you’re dealing with, Rox and Rich’s anecdotes and advice will take the shame out of ADHD and make life more manageable for ADHDers and the ones who love them. My husband had a lot of the same feelings and it has helped me reading Richard's points to him as well as Roxe.

Chapters are split into Rox providing a dull anecdote, and some advice which is "I rely on Rich", followed by Rich providing the exact same anecdote and advice only worded slightly differently. This book has really helped me express to other people in my life how I feel and understand it myself. Which also seems like those people are less likely to be picking this book up with the tagline it has but…I digress. Also, it seems like coping with ADHD means finding your neurotypical saviour who will take care of you like you're a baby.
