I would have loved this book, but it has the same criticism I've given Klune's last 3 books, it's too long. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. People smiling and blushing when they saw each other, doing things they might not normally do, all in the name of love. Readers who loved Klune's previous works will find plenty of the author's trademark charm, heart, and bittersweet.

From time to time some of Nurse Ratched’s references make me cringe, I’m sure that’s the authors intention! The story’s main vibe was ‘cutesy’, so the corny references felt like too much, and even too juvenile at times.Being queer himself, TJ believes it's important—now more than ever—to have accurate, positive, queer representation in stories.
