The pans are amazing, nothing sticks to it and the best part is when I am done cooking all I need to do in rinse and wipe, they are the easiest to clean. They’re fine for boiling things but if anything involves a sauce then I usually use a non stick pan because sauces do tend to quickly burn on the bottom of the stainless steel ones. es fantástico el producto solo un pero no sirve para hacer tortillas españolas, la asa lo impide para voltearlas, se puede mejorar solucionando esto, el sarten deberia tener una endidura en el interior donde encajara el asa.

Since we’ve moved into our new place, space is a constraint and we’re often on the hunt for space saving tools. The instructions suggests to detach the handles whilst cooking on the stove, but it's not practical to keep removing. If you need additional add on later it’s a great comfort to know that you can purchase them individually.I previously had non stick pans but I was a bit careless when using them and the non stick surface soon got scratched and I probably ended up replacing then every 5 years or so. My non stick ones are only a few years old and they need throwing out because the coating is scratched, marked and flaking. I have a tiny kitchen with limited storage space so the ability to stack all 8 of the pans inside each is fantastic and thanks to the included felt protectors the non stick coating is kept pristine.

The ability to go from hob to oven to table is perfect to save on washing up and is a breeze thanks to the amazing non-stick coating.I think I will keep the handles out of reach of the kids who are old enough to scramble eggs or make french toast.

The ability to cover and refrigerate was also an added bonus as I tend to over cook so I can take to work the following day. They are perfect still, stick them in the dishwasher, get bashed about and have absolutley everything cooked in them.It also suggests the handle should not be washed, which i accidentally have a few times after forgetting to remove.

Is a stunning set and incredibly versatile however in my opinion it is not ''complete'' hence the 4 stars. Last longer: Robust by design, Ingenio Emotion is crafted from premium stainless steel with a 5-year guarantee. Have been through literally dozens of non stick frying pans over the years, they just don’t compare.Sister in law bought a house recently though and got a smaller set of Ingenio as she liked ours so I could give some of the sizes she's missing. Surprisingly comprehensive and versatile set, easily enough to satisfy and cover most cooking eventualities!
