Otherwise, they are a nice upgrade for quieter flight, and supposedly also add a minute of flight time. Instead of reducing RPMs (which is out of user control), could another approach be to adjust the pitch (and reduce lift)? Quieter, low-noise propellers are important because the noise impact of drones can become a barrier to their adoption, especially when operations are to be conducted near people or in urban areas.

Being an offical DJI seller means we adhere to the high levels of service DJI expects us to give meaning we can answer all your question, before and after purchase! This is a must have upgrade for your already capable Mini 3 Pro / Mini 4 Pro, providing better handling, better efficiency and improved safety. Would love for somebody to try them out with the Mini3 but I fear simply creating some and bolting them onto the Mini 3 will not work. The new aerodynamic design, excellent noise reduction performance, reduces wind resistance and ensures smooth flight of the aircraft. The challenge will be to find the right distance between two consecutive blades to avoid cavitation of the next blade in the flow of the previous one.

We have designed the DJI MINI 3 Pro / 4 Pro STEALTH propellers carefully selecting the perfect airfoils and propeller geometry for this drone. However, if I make the pitch a little less and the blade a little narrower, it might be closer to the original. But when the cold temperatures and strong winds in winter, it was rather noisy compared to the original DJI Propeller. You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Howwver after putting a few months of flying i believe they are weaker and more fragile due to the effort to lower weight and i would prefer they were same density and weight as dji props. I can only recommend that you make a wooden or aluminum mold with a CNC, then you put your 3D print on it and put everything in the oven a little below the melting temperature of the plastic. The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has even published guidelines explaining how UAS manufacturers and government agencies can measure the noise level of drones, ensuring they are not a nuisance to people and wildlife.
